What’s the difference between a standard and deep cleaning?
Standard Cleanings are designed for ongoing maintenance, typically on a biweekly or monthly basis. Deep Cleanings, on the other hand, allow us the additional time to tackle buildup. Deep Cleanings include an additional team member so that we can give special attention to areas that may not be addressed during routine cleanings– like that grimey stovetop or that shower soap scum. It’s a great option for first-time customers or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently.
Do I need to book a Deep Clean first?
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the last 2 to 3 months, we strongly recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning. This gives our team a clean slate to easily maintain with standard cleanings moving forward.
How long does a standard cleaning take?
Cleaning times and number of cleaning technicians varies depending on the size of your home, its condition, and the type of service requested. In most cases, we try to schedule enough cleaners to complete the job in 3-4 hours. Your estimated timeframe and the size of the team will be included in your booking confirmation.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and vacuums. If you prefer eco-friendly or fragrance-free products, just let us know when booking.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our routine clients provide us with a spare key, lockbox code, or garage entry. We treat your security with the highest level of care.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments as well as payment by check.
We require a 10% deposit to avoid no shows and last minute cancellations once your booking is confirmed. This 10% will be applied to the total cost of your clean. This will be sent by invoice to the email provided once we’ve reviewed your booking request.
