✅ Evanston Cleaning – 2-Person Cleaning Process
1. Arrival & Entry 🚪
- Knock or ring once, wait respectfully
- Greet client by name and introduce both cleaners
- Confirm service and extras (e.g., fridge, oven)
- Remove shoes
- If client isn’t home, follow instructions and say: “Hello! Cleaning service!” when entering
2. Team Roles – Divide & Conquer 🧼
Each cleaner takes a zone. Work top-to-bottom, left-to-right. Dust/tidy first, floors last. Help your teammate if you finish early. One cleaner focuses on wet areas (kitchen and bathrooms), and one cleaner focuses on dry areas (living room, dining room, bedrooms, hallways, stairs, entry). If you have multiple cleaning appointments in a day, you can switch roles with every home you go to.

3. While Cleaning 🤐
- Stay quiet, respectful, and off your phone
- Use a translator app for communication if needed
- Use separate cloths for bathrooms and kitchen
- Don’t open personal drawers or move private items
- If there are any problems, send a message to Clint or Patrick right away, and they will assist you. Do not have any conflict with the clients directly.
- If pictures are permitted, take pictures and send them to Clint via Whatsapp.
4. Finishing Up ✅
- Each cleaner checks their area thoroughly
- Help each other wrap up remaining tasks
- Take out trash and return any moved furniture or items
- Lock up, turn off lights, and follow exit instructions
- Text or report to the office that the job is complete
