For rental turnovers exceeding 4000 sqft, we require a call to confirm pricing and will be reaching out

This quote is an estimate based on the information provided and the expected duration of the cleaning. While we do our best to complete the service within the estimated time and price, if the condition of the space requires significantly more work than anticipated—especially if the cleaning extends more than 30 minutes beyond the projected duration—we reserve the right to adjust the final cost. If that becomes necessary, we will contact you before proceeding to discuss any changes.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiting a submitted deposit, whichever is greater.

For same-day cleaning requests, we cannot guarantee availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your timing based on our current schedule.
