Do I need to be there during the cleaning?

No. Most hosts provide access via key lockbox, keypad, or smart lock. We’ll confirm your instructions in advance.

Can you wash and dry the laundry too?

We place used linens and towels in your laundry bin, but if you’d like us to run laundry as well, let us know in advance. Additional fee may apply depending on scope.

What should I provide for restocking?

We can restock basic items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap if those supplies are available on-site. Please notify us where extras are stored.

Can you accommodate same-day bookings?

We do our best to accommodate urgent cleanings and often can. Reach out to check our availability.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded to protect your business.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary supplies. If you prefer we use yours, or have a preference on what is used, just let us know in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments as well as payment by check.

We require a 10% deposit to avoid no shows and last minute cancellations once your booking is confirmed. This 10% will be applied to the total cost of your clean. This will be sent by invoice to the email provided once we’ve reviewed your booking request.
