Our two-person teams arrive professionally dressed, prepared with all the necessary supplies (or use yours, if preferred), and start with a clear plan: one cleaner tackles bathrooms and kitchen while the other starts on living/dining and bedrooms. The goal is always an efficient, thorough clean without stepping on each other’s toes—or yours.
We start with dusting the entire space and sanitizing surfaces, then sweeping, vacuuming, and finishing with a thorough mopping to leave your home spotless. This method ensures every corner gets the attention it deserves. We also ensure to make beds, empty trash bins, and tidy up spaces.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — many clients provide us access instructions. Your home is safe with our team. As long as we have access to the home via code or key, you don’t have to be home during the cleaning appointment time.
What’s included in a standard cleaning?
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen & bathroom cleaning, and general tidying is standard with our residential cleaning and maid services.
We do offer add-ons for fridges, blinds, ovens, deep cleanings, and pets. If you have specific requests, please give us a call and let us know.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes — for your peace of mind, we are fully insured and bonded.
How far in advance should I book my cleaning?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No — we bring all the necessary professional cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments as well as payment by check.
We require a 10% deposit to avoid no shows and last minute cancellations once your booking is confirmed. This 10% will be applied to the total cost of your clean. This will be sent by invoice to the email provided once we’ve reviewed your booking request.
